Results Only has a new home in Phoenix, Arizona and I know that if you are ready to start a new program, re-invent an old one, and want to make permanent changes to your health and fitness levels and your body image then you will find our new home the place to make all that happen.

Following are answers to a few of the Frequently Asked Questions that we receive:

Where is the gym located?

by the facility to schedule a consultation.  Whether you have ever been to a training program of mine, I have worked with you or your child or you are brand new to our family. .. the constant changes in training and programming guarantee you will achieve your goals.

How do you keep track of my visits?

The new facility has a main computer with access software.  You will not receive a membership card as we know NO ONE needs another credit card size card in their wallet.  Instead you will set up an account on our check in system during your first visit.  Then every time you arrive you must check YOURSELF in. 

  • All members are required to maintain a minimum attendance at Results Only of at least 12 days per month, expected to be averaged out to 3 days per week. (Family vacations and business travel obligations will be dealt with on a case by case basis and must be discussed in advance of a trip or function).
  • Members who don't fulfill the minimum attendance requirement are given 1 "freebie" per month
  • After that you are charged $15 for every unexcused absence below the 12 day monthly minimum.
    *50% of all Attendance Charges will be donated to Phoenix Suns Charities.

Will you bring back the youth classes?

Youth Classes are located on the schedule as Skillz and Drillz and are offered for students 13-18 yrs in six week sessions. If you have  questions on when the next session starts please email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it Additionally, students 16-18 yrs may be allowed to participate in adult training classes on a case by case basis.

Will there be walk in access to the gym?

Results Only is a membership only facility.  You must have at least 2 out of the 3 workouts a week as group training classes.  If you are a personal training client, this requirement will be waived.   There is no walk in access.

How will I pay for my membership? newgymphoto2_smaller

Payment will be accepted numerous ways by cash, check or credit card.  For those of you who like to have the credit card option - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.

We require payment within the first
10 days of the month.  Unfortunately,
there is no way for us to take credit
cards asaa monthly billing payment
option other than automatic billing. 

Where can I park?

Right now there is ample parking for our group training participants.  Those of you who have larger vehicles please park outside the gates.  Up to 9 cars may park directly outside of the gym. We will need to be diligent with the space.  If you drive smaller cars than a SUV (and even if you do drive an SUV ) you can park inside the gate but it will be a little tighter.  

What's the deal with 7th Street?

7th street is a major thorough fare between 7-9 am and 4-6 pm.  The middle lane can be tough at those times of day so I wanted to make you aware of the challenge. 

What are open training times? 

We realize that there will be days and weeks where you will have difficulties making it to class.  Open training times will allow you to come in and train on your own.  We will have circuits available as well as iPods with workouts on it so you can borrow them and simply follow along.  Occasionally we may decide to close down for a few hours in the middle of the day.  In the beginning we suspect we will still be building things.  Anticipated open gym times:

Monday - Friday:  8:00am - 12:00pm and 4:00pm  - 7:00pm
Saturday: 8:30 am until 12:00pm

Sunday:  CLOSED

You will be able to do anything you want, including workouts we set up, but group training will al ways have priority.

What makes the new gym "cool"? newgymphoto4_smaller

No one else has garage doors to bring the outside in.  We are very excited to
get more and more people involved and believe the group training environment will allow each of you to thrive.  You will get personal attention
but you will not pay a personal training price tag.


What is the schedule of classes?

Click HERE for the current schedule. We believe with the options we provide there should be no issue with getting in 12 classes a month.  You can come to as many classes as you like. (You are expected at a minimum of 3).  


What about one-on-one personal training? newgymphoto3_smaller

All new personal training clients are required to sign up for 8 initial sessions to be fulfilled in less than one month.  This will allow for the ability to learn
the ropes and eventually go out on
your own.

What if I want to bring somebody to try it first?

As you know we have always had an open door policy for first time users.  Bring them in, at least 15 minutes early, give me some prior notice and their first class will be free.
