  • They are the best.  I walked into Results Only after driving by for over a year. After my first week I knew that Results Only was the place for me. It’s like having your own personal trainer, but more fun. The trainers are experienced and take a personal interest in you. They can tell when you are having problems and adjust your work out accordingly. They greet you by name when you arrive, and always say have a good day as you leave.  They really do put their heart and soul into their clients. During the summer months my family lives in San Diego.  I come back to Phoenix two days a week.  I like Results Only so much that I make sure I get in three classes while I am in town.  I could work out in California, but it just isn’t the same, I know I get better results at Results Only. Results Only is unique. When I started a new program with my doctor, they followed up with me after every appointment, and even volunteered to go to the appointments with me.   • As a Podiatrist and Surgeon in Central Phoenix I found myself working extremely long hours in my practice and working on my feet doing surgeries for hours on end.  That lead to some very unhealthy eating habits and very little time for exercise.  Bobby was a lacrosse coach for both my sons and I saw what  a great influence he was on them, so I thought I would try Results Only and I am glad I did.  I have completely changed my physical life around.  I have lost 33 lbs. and have gone from a size 36 to a 30!   • I had just started coming to the gym four and a half years ago when I suffered serious complications from surgery.  Bobby was a huge part of my rehabilitation.  Four years ago I couldn’t even walk a treadmill or get my legs moving on a stationary bike.   Throughout my rehab even when I wanted to give up on myself, Bobby never did.  Today, I look better, I feel better, and I move better. Now I am in my 60s and I do all the activities all the younger clients do.  I may not lift as much weight or move as quickly, and some activities are modified, but my goals are not necessarily the same as someone in their 20s, either.  Bobby helps and pushes all his clients to work toward realistic and challenging goals.  These goals far surpass what I ever expected from myself.  Today I easily can carry my three gallon jugs of water and 35 pound bags of dog food into my home.  Stairs?  No problem.  I often get on the floor to play with my grandchildren and my dogs.  I work all day at my job and still have ample energy to maintain my home, socialize, do most of the same activities I did 20-30 years ago, and, yes, go to the gym three to four times a week.  But the biggest and most rewarding payoff to regularly attending the gym is my annual physical with my doctor.  Because I eat more wisely and exercise regularly, I have lost weight, I have lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and little fear of diabetes, stroke, or heart disease.  I look forward to a long life filled with activity and good health. I am living proof that the gym is not just for the young and not just for those looking to be super athletes.  Results Only can be for almost everyone.  It’s a pleasure to be in a room with people of all ages doing circuits that challenge all of us at our own individual levels.  The camaraderie and the support and expertise of Bobby and the other trainers, plus the positive energy from other members at the gym make it a huge part of my life, even though I am an extremely busy person.  Trust me, if I, a formerly non-athletic older woman, can make these positive choices and changes in my life, absolutely anybody can.   • When my wife told me to try Results Only I have to say I was not sure it would be the right place for me.  Group training? Music that I am not in charge of? Timers? Intervals? I simply wasn’t sure.  Not to mention I have had chronic back pain for most of my adult life from multiple wakeboarding and motor biking accidents.   But I decided to give it a try and I am so thankful I did.  After a pretty extensive interview we came up with a plan where I could workout, modify the routine so that I wouldn’t hurt my back and begin to get healthy while working out as hard as I wanted too.  I have tell you for months I never felt better however the years of strain and damage I had done to my back finally caught up to me.  Surgery was becoming increasingly inevitable.  Bobby and I developed a strategy, interviewed multiple doctors, therapists, and chiropractors until I finally decided on the right procedure for me.  After a few weeks I was back walking around and as Bobby and the Doctor told me the “exercising my patience”.  Now I am back at the gym.  I still have to modify things a bit and there are some exercises that I will probably never do again I don’t feel hopeless and discouraged.  I feel like fitness will be a major part of my life for years to come and as for my back… I haven’t been pain free in years.

  • As a mother and full time working parent I can tell you that fitting a workout in a few days per week can be a huge hassle.  That was until I found Bob and the Result Only team. Sure I worked out at other gyms before but something about the people, the workouts, the attitude and the overall environment is what made me stick to it this time.  The schedule works easily with mine and before I know it my workout is done.   • Almost every day of the week I arrive at results Only for the 8:15 am class.  Without it I don’t really feel like I have started my day.  I work hard and own my own food business.  As you can see it is a bakery and I am around foods that are not exactly on Bobby’s go to list. Going to Results Only has not only kept the weight off but I feel like I can run circles around my staff.  I like the variety of the workouts, the music but most of all I love the people.  I have made some lifelong friends at the gym.  These are people who I now socialize and talk with on a regular basis.  The fun environment is the reason I have stuck with it so long too.  Whether it is running up hills or pushing myself to do the weights and conditioning I know that each workout is bringing me closer to my goal.   I am so glad my husband turned me onto you.  It truly is one of the best parts of my day.

  • I have known Kelly and Bobby for years.  We have all have children around the same age and Bobby coached my sons in lacrosse. I can tell you from firsthand knowledge that every time my boys come home from school to visit, they always want to go in and take “Coach Kelly’s” class and when they go back to school at Culver Academy or UNC they know they haven’t missed a beat from their busy training schedule.  I finally got in the game and joined Results Only too.  I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast.  I have trained and successfully competed in more than a few triathlons and I regularly place high overall and especially in my age group. Motivation is not something I lack.  I have no problem fitting in bike rides or swims however I didn’t regularly do my weight and strength training until I started going to Results Only.  The people at the gym are great.  I run into friends I haven’t seen in awhile and I have met some really great folks as well.  Most of all, for me, I like the “Come in, get it done, go home” work ethic.   • Before I started at Results Only I was stressed out, working way too much and really never watched what I ate. Then I found the “7pm crew”. Before my wife got pregnant with our first child she was a client at Results Only and I regularly heard about this gym.  “the music is great” “the people are so fun” Blah blah blah.  I knew I had to get my career going so i had no time for the gym, but my waistline was going in the wrong direction. Finally I decided to take the leap and go try a class.  I had met Kelly and Bobby at a mixer or two so it wasn’t like I was walking in cold but you never know what to expect.  I mean it had been a while since I had done anything and in my job, I sit at a desk all day.  Well my first class I felt like I got crushed.  It was the hardest thing I thought I had ever done.  It wasn’t like they made me bench press a dump truck but it was just that I didn’t have the wind.  I felt like every station was 90 seconds instead of 20.  They pulled me aside and promised it would get better but that I needed to keep coming.  I did show up the next night, and the next night and the next night.  Now I am a regular in the 7 pm crew.  You would think that working out at 7pm would be a drag because after a long day it is the last thing you want to do.   Often times it is the best part of my day.  They are my “peeps”.  We bust the instructor’s chops and then of course they put a beat down on me but it is all in good fun.  I have lost weight (do you know how much) and inches and I definitely never put on the sympathy pounds that some expectant fathers do while their wife’s getting ready to give birth.  My stress levels are manageable even though I have received a promotion at work and I am getting ready to be a father, the one thing I know is that won’t change seeing my “7pm crew” Gotta get my time in at the gym.  Thanks again Results Only.  I expect you to help me get through the sleepless nights and the early mornings as I begin my journey into fatherhood.

  • I have had multiple knee surgeries and I figured that there was no chance I would ever figure out how to work out again.  Then one day my husband came home and said he was going to join Results Only.  Like any good wife I was going to be encouraging but for me I was skeptical.  After a few weeks I noticed he was getting up for his workout without a fuss.  He came home in a good mood and even though work was crazier than ever because of a new promotion, he didn’t seem as stressed as usual.  With a little prodding I thought I would check it out and I am so thrilled I did.  In the first session I learned that if I simply did a few things differently, modified some of the exercises and took it slow I could actually make it through a whole workout without killing my knees.   It was like a miracle!  Sometimes I fall back into old habits and need to be reminded that I have to approach the workout with a different mindset but as long as I remain diligent I really don’t hurt anymore.  After a month or two I was asked to bring in a picture of the old me and I was shocked.  Not only did I look different but I felt different.  It was a challenge to even find a picture of my old self because I truly tried not to get my picture taken over the past few years because I didn’t like the way I looked.  Now I am more confident, I have lost inches and fat and I look forward to going to my work out instead of dreading it.  Who knew I could feel better?  I am so glad I do.  Thanks Results Only.

  • 5:30 am is early.  Sometimes really early and to work out in the morning can be struggle for many people.  It is no longer a struggle for me.  For the past few weeks I have been getting in more workouts before 7 am than I have in my whole entire life.  By 5:45 I have already broken a sweat, done some treadmill work, prepped my body with mobility and stability drills all before most people are thinking of getting out of bed.  The people are great.  I have new friends and a new place to go that I enjoy and look forward to being at each and every day. A few months again I was searching on the internet knowing that, this time, I needed to do something that I would stick too.  Results Only made that happen.  I even got my wife to join so that we could do it together.  With a young child at home we have figured out how to make it work.  I come in the morning and she goes after work.  We have both seen changes in our bodies, lost body fat and inches and look forward to achieving more success.  Thanks Results Only for finally helping me stick to a fitness routine that I like.

  • To say Bobby has impacted our lives is an understatement. There are four members of the Onofryton family that train with Bobby. We had always known that Bobby was a trainer but it wasn’t until poor son Danny took an interest in Lacrosse that we decided to start working out. I was the first to join the gym. I have always been active in my career working with my hands but quickly learned that manual labor is not the same as the gym work. I believe both are good for you but they are very different. My balance, strength and conditioning all needed improvement and within a few short weeks I had lost 20 lbs and felt great. Next came Catherine, our High School daughter. She chose crew as a sport at school but wanted some off season conditioning. It has been great to see her develop muscle tone, firm up, gain confidence and really enjoy the atmosphere. She can tell when she needs to workout and truly wants to go to the gym. Danny wanted to get a little faster and become a better lacrosse player. Through the skills and drills program he has learned how to work more efficiently and develop the coordination necessary to play lacrosse at the highest level in the state. Finally Peggy, my wife, has signed on and she has developed a fondness for the cardio and strength training classes. Peggy has a very demanding job physically and she needed to learn how to train in a way where she could be her best on a daily basis. Results Only is the type of place you can feel at home. It is family atmosphere and we all like to go for different reasons. Nevertheless we still want to do it. That is a great thing for us. Thanks Bobby.

  • I started playing lacrosse for the Scottsdale Eagles when I was in the 6th grade. It was something I knew I wanted to get good at and Coach Kelly could tell that too. I decided to become a defender but I hadn’t hit my growth spurt yet so my defensive pole was bigger than me. As coach said “Ryan your desire is bigger than your Body! You need them to catch up.” I guess that was his way of saying I needed to learn to game. Over the years I went from the little guy who just wanted to try hard to a leader and captain for 2 years. I go to camp each year to learn more and while I always learn something new I am sure it is because I had such a head start working under Coach. I made it a priority to train at the gym because it is such a fun place to go. He teaches us the train correctly and we always get to have fun by playing games and doing drills that makes mea better athlete. Thanks Coach. I can’t wait to see how far I can go playing lacrosse. Ryan Geller I always knew my son was athletic and even thought he was talented in lacrosse, for all I knew about that sport, but it wasn’t until Bobby became Ryan’s coach that I learned what an “athlete” was. My overweight son who always wanted to achieve higher levels became the slender, muscular athlete who now knows the work involved to reach better performance. Ryan understands nutrition and exercise physiology more than most adults. He has a positive attitude, for a fourteen year old, and no longer wants to merely achieve, but looks for ways to improve all aspects of his life. Results Only and Bobby have helped transition my son to the nice young man I see.

  • Bobby and I met almost 7 years ago. I am a teacher and I had just started an extracurricular kick boxing class. Rumor on campus was that Bobby had been a presenter in the fitness industry but wanted me to get me feet wet. After a few months I asked him to come and give me a hand. I knew that 7th and 8th grade boys and girls need variety. Little did I know I had just asked the Tasmanian Devil to teach the kids. They loved him and so did I. He got them motivated to try harder than they thought possible and they wanted to work hard not only for themselves but for him as well. Since them I have become a client. After too many knee surgeries to count I thought my days of solid workout were over. I am glad I didn’t give in. Bobby has rehabbed my knees so I can do things like jump rope, run, and do plyometrics without pain. I have lost ____ lbs and I feel great. I look forward to working out again rather than dreading the time in the gym as a necessary evil. Working out had become a staple in my life and for that I need to thank Bobby. You are the best.

  • Mark picked up his first lacrosse stick a little over six months ago and became determined to find the best resources possible in order for him to make up for lost time. Mark told us that he needed to try out for Coach Kelly’s team since he is known to many as “the best” when it comes to training the overall athlete and that Coach Kelly also had the best team in the state. We knew the chances were slim that he’d make the team due to his lack of experience, but we were encouraged by Mark’s willingness to “go for it”. To Mark’s surprise he made the team and Coach Kelly told him he would learn even if he didn’t get a lot of playing time. Well, Coach Kelly not only lived up to Mark’s expectations, but ours as well. Mark not only improved in lacrosse, his overall balance, speed and strength improved. Coach Kelly also taught Mark that with the right attitude he will end up right where he’s supposed to be.   • My wife and I both work, we have two teenagers, and I own/manage a small business. I live a full and active life and I need to be efficient and effective with managing my time. I have always included physical fitness as part of my life, but was inconsistent with pushing myself or improving my weaknesses. Bobby provides me with a consistent and disciplined workout. Always on the lookout for a challenging workout, my husband and I decided to give Bobby at Results Only a try. After one training session I knew I had my work cut out for me. I never know what to expect since each training session is unique and ever changing. The difference between working out with Bobby and other trainers is variety and controlled chaos. One minute I am lifting weights, then I am on the treadmill, back to the weight room for core work then he puts me on a slide. I am never bored and I always feel as if I got a great workout.   • I have been working with Bobby for 1 ½ years. The one thing that makes training with Bobby different is the variety. You can go every day and never do the same thing. Aside from workouts, Bobby has also helped me learn a ton about my diet and nutrition as well as ensure I never re-injure my bad knee. I suffered a tear to my ACL and the only reason I have not had to resort to surgery is because the training we do has strengthened everything around my knee. That comes from educated training and a knowledgeable trainer. I always enjoyed training with Bobby at his home and I thought I would really miss it there when the he opened his new gym. However I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the new facility is and all the great new programs he ahs to offer. 5:30 am is early. Sometimes really early and to work out in the morning can be struggle for many people. It is no longer a struggle for me. For the past few weeks I have been getting in more workouts before 7 am than I have in my whole entire life. By 5:45 I have already broken a sweat, done some treadmill work, prepped my body with mobility and stability drills all before most people are thinking of getting out of bed. The people are great. I have new friends and a new place to go that I enjoy and look forward to being at each and every day. A few months again I was searching on the internet knowing that, this time, I needed to do something that I would stick too. Results Only made that happen. I even got my wife to join so that we could do it together. With a young child at home we have figured out how to make it work. I come in the morning and she goes after work. I have had multiple knee surgeries and I figured that there was no chance I would ever figure out how to work out again. Then one day my husband came home and said he was going to join Results Only. Like any good wife I was going to be encouraging but for me I was skeptical. After a few weeks I noticed he was getting up for his workout without a fuss. He came home in a good mood and even though work was crazier than ever because of a new promotion, he didn’t seem as stressed as usual. With a little prodding I thought I would check it out and I am so thrilled I did. In the first session I learned that if I simply did a few things differently, modified some of the exercises and took it slow I could actually make it through a whole workout without killing my knees. It was like a miracle! Sometimes I fall back into old habits and need to be reminded that I have to approach the workout with a different mindset but as long as I remain diligent I really don’t hurt anymore. After a month or two I was asked to bring in a picture of the old me and I was shocked. Not only did I look different but I felt different. It was a challenge to even find a picture of my old self because I truly tried not to get my picture taken over the past few years because I didn’t like the way I looked. Now I am more confident, I have lost inches and fat and I look forward to going to my work out instead of dreading it. Who knew I could feel better? I am so glad I do. Thanks Results Only.


Before I started at Results Only I was stressed out, working way too much and really never watched what I ate. Then I found the “7pm crew”. Before my wife got pregnant with our first child she was a client at Results Only and I regularly heard about this gym. “the music is great” “the people are so fun” Blah blah blah. I knew I had to get my career going so i had no time for the gym, but my waistline was going in the wrong direction. Finally I decided to take the leap and go try a class. I had met Kelly and Bobby at a mixer or two so it wasn’t like I was walking in cold but you never know what to expect. I mean it had been a while since I had done anything and in my job at, I sit at a desk all day. Well my first class I felt like I got crushed. It was the hardest thing I thought I had ever done. It wasn’t like they made me bench press a dump truck but it was just that I didn’t have the wind. I felt like every station was 90 seconds instead of 20. They pulled me aside and promised it would get better but that I needed to keep coming. I did show up the next night, and the next night and the next night. Now I am a regular in the 7 pm crew. You would think that working out at 7pm would be a drag because after a long day it is the last thing you want to do. Often times it is the best part of my day. They are my “peeps”. We bust the instructor’s chops and then of course they put a beat down on me but it is all in good fun. I have lost weight (do you know how much) and inches and I definitely never put on the sympathy pounds that some expectant fathers do while their wife’s getting ready to give birth. My stress levels are manageable even though I have received a promotion at work and I am getting ready to be a father, the one thing I know is that won’t change seeing my “7pm crew” Gotta get my time in at the gym. I have known Kelly and Bobby for years. We have all have children around the same age and Bobby coached my sons in lacrosse. I can tell you from firsthand knowledge that every time my boys come home from school to visit, they always want to go in and take “Coach Kelly’s” class and when they go back to school at Culver Academy or UNC they know they haven’t missed a beat from their busy training schedule. I finally got in the game and joined Results Only too. I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast. I have trained and successfully competed in more than a few triathlons and I regularly place high overall and especially in my age group. Motivation is not something I lack. For me, Results Only has been so much more than a gym. Why you might ask? For one thing, because of the gym I have a renewed relationship with my two girls. Like most moms of high school aged girls, things can get a bit “strained” if you know what I mean. If you are a mom of high school aged children you probably know that for most high schoolers, the last thing they want to do is hang out with their mom or dad – its just part of growing up. Yet Results Only has been a place where we can “hang out” even if we don’t talk to each other while we work out. (This is usually because I can’t as I am working so hard). Now every day the girls ask if I am going to the gym because they want to go with me. It is a time we set aside everyday to do something together, and that’s nice to have as a parent. For another thing, I am there not only because I want to lose a few inches in those stubborn areas (I have lost a ton already, but still have more goals to achieve) but also because I have neck and back issues that I am trying to address. Before class starts, I do my prescribed stretching and foam rolling, lacrosse balling and balance work. Then I can workout without pain, knowing that everything I do is making me better.Lastly, I love the people at Results Only. From the staff to the clientele, it is a very supportive environment and I have made some great friends that I know will hold me accountable if I slack off. The sessions are great therapy, not just for my body but for my mind as well.

Almost every day of the week I arrive at results Only for the 8:15 am class. Without it I don’t really feel like I have started my day. I work hard and own my own food business. As you can see it is a bakery and I am around foods that are not exactly on Bobby’s go to list. As a mother and full time working parent I can tell you that fitting a workout in a few days per week can be a huge hassle. That was until I found Bob and the Result Only team. Sure I worked out at other gyms before but something about the people, the workouts, the attitude and the overall environment is what made me stick to it this time. What do you say about a gym when you are already a gym rat? I teach kids and adults at a local Mixed Martial Arts studio. I had a few friends who went to Results Only so I thought I would check this “Bobby” guy out. Working out is a regular part of my life. I do it for myself, I teach it through MMA and I promote it as a football mom. I deal with all kinds of people when I teach but I was truly amazed at how people can walk into Results Only and get exactly the workout they need no matter what their fitness level. When a person walks into the MMA gym, there are certain things, that if you cannot do, you simply cannot do the class. That is not the case here. I have worked out right next to extremely de-conditioned people and I can still get the workout I need. It is a unique experience when that happens. I am lifting the weights I need to get my perfect workout and so is the new guy/gal next to me. If I am running sprints on the treadmill as fast as I can, the rookie can walk fast and make the intervals work for them too. The other thing that is so amazing are the personalities. The staff knows just when to give you a push to get you over the challenging parts and when to back off if you are not at your best that day. They even know how to deal with a sassy person like me who likes to banter “that’s saying it nicely” back and forth when there is someone who looks like they want absolutely no attention at all two feet away. My husband and son Cooper have also started coming so it is absolutely a family affair. After some recent surgeries I know my husband is finally on the right track to getting back to the shape he loves and Cooper has already been told by his coaches that the difference between last year and this year is lights out. You can bet that Results Only will be a part of our family for a long time.

When my wife told me to try Results Only I have to say I was not sure it would be the right place for me. Group training? Music that I am not in charge of? Timers? Intervals? I simply wasn’t sure. Not to mention I have had chronic back pain for most of my adult life from multiple wakeboarding and motor biking accidents. But I decided to give it a try and I am so thankful I did. After a pretty extensive interview we came up with a plan where I could workout, modify the routine so that I wouldn’t hurt my back and begin to get healthy while working out as hard as I wanted too. I have tell you for months I never felt better however the years of strain and damage I had done to my back finally caught up to me. Surgery was becoming increasingly inevitable. Bobby and I developed a strategy, interviewed multiple doctors, therapists, and chiropractors until I finally decided on the right procedure for me. After a few weeks I was back walking around and as Bobby and the Doctor told me the “exercising my patience”. Now I am back at the gym. I still have to modify things a bit and there are some exercises that I will probably never do again I don’t feel hopeless and discouraged. I feel like fitness will be a major part of my life for years to come and as for my back… I haven’t been pain free in years.

I had just started coming to the gym four and a half years ago when I suffered serious complications from surgery. Bobby was a huge part of my rehabilitation. Four years ago I couldn’t even walk a treadmill or get my legs moving on a stationary bike. Throughout my rehab even when I wanted to give up on myself, Bobby never did. Today, I look better, I feel better, and I move better.

Now I am in my 60s and I do all the activities all the younger clients do. I may not lift as much weight or move as quickly, and some activities are modified, but my goals are not necessarily the same as someone in their 20s, either. Bobby helps and pushes all his clients to work toward realistic and challenging goals. These goals far surpass what I ever expected from myself. Today I easily can carry my three gallon jugs of water and 35 pound bags of dog food into my home. Stairs? No problem. I often get on the floor to play with my grandchildren and my dogs. I work all day at my job and still have ample energy to maintain my home, socialize, do most of the same activities I did 20-30 years ago, and, yes, go to the gym three to four times a week. But the biggest and most rewarding payoff to regularly attending the gym is my annual physical with my doctor. Because I eat more wisely and exercise regularly, I have lost weight, I have lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and little fear of diabetes, stroke, or heart disease. I look forward to a long life filled with activity and good health.

I am living proof that the gym is not just for the young and not just for those looking to be super athletes. Results Only can be for almost everyone. It’s a pleasure to be in a room with people of all ages doing circuits that challenge all of us at our own individual levels. The camaraderie and the support and expertise of Bobby and the other trainers, plus the positive energy from other members at the gym make it a huge part of my life, even though I am an extremely busy person. Trust me, if I, a formerly non-athletic older woman, can make these positive choices and changes in my life, absolutely anybody can.

I started playing lacrosse for the Scottsdale Eagles when I was in the 6th grade. It was something I knew I wanted to get good at and Coach Kelly could tell that too. I decided to become a defender but I hadn’t hit my growth spurt yet so my defensive pole was bigger than me. As coach said “Ryan your desire is bigger than your Body! You need them to catch up.” I guess that was his way of saying I needed to learn to game. Over the years I went from the little guy who just wanted to try hard to a leader and captain for 2 years. I go to camp each year to learn more and while I always learn something new I am sure it is because I had such a head start working under Coach. I made it a priority to train at the gym because it is such a fun place to go. He teaches us the train correctly and we always get to have fun by playing games and doing drills that makes mea better athlete.

Thanks Coach. I can’t wait to see how far I can go playing lacrosse.

I always knew my son was athletic and even thought he was talented in lacrosse, for all I knew about that sport, but it wasn’t until Bobby became Ryan’s coach that I learned what an “athlete” was. My overweight son who always wanted to achieve higher levels became the slender, muscular athlete who now knows the work involved to reach better performance. Ryan understands nutrition and exercise physiology more than most adults. He has a positive attitude, for a fourteen year old, and no longer wants to merely achieve, but looks for ways to improve all aspects of his life. To say Bobby has impacted our lives is an understatement. There are four members of the Onofryton family that train with Bobby. We had always known that Bobby was a trainer but it wasn’t until poor son Danny took an interest in Lacrosse that we decided to start working out. I was the first to join the gym. I have always been active in my career working with my hands but quickly learned that manual labor is not the same as the gym work. I believe both are good for you but they are very different. My balance, strength and conditioning all needed improvement and within a few short weeks I had lost 20 lbs and felt great. Next came Catherine, our High School daughter. She chose crew as a sport at school but wanted some off season conditioning. It has been great to see her develop muscle tone, firm up, gain confidence and really enjoy the atmosphere. She can tell when she needs to workout and truly wants to go to the gym. Danny wanted to get a little faster and become a better lacrosse player. Through the skills and drills program he has learned how to work more efficiently and develop the coordination necessary to play lacrosse at the highest level in the state. Finally Peggy, my wife, has signed on and she has developed a fondness for the cardio and strength training classes. Peggy has a very demanding job physically and she needed to learn how to train in a way where she could be her best on a daily basis. Results Only is the type of place you can feel at home. It is family atmosphere and we all like to go for different reasons. Nevertheless we still want to do it. That is a great thing for us.

Bobby’s passion for complete well being is contagious. I will often leave a workout depleted of energy but fueled with positive spirit. His knowledge and dedication has empowered me to get to the next level accomplishing core moves today that I never thought possible.

The journey to this accomplishment was not thousands of sit-ups(although we had our share) rather via the back roads I should say…I had no idea I was strengthening that part of my body. Bobby has helped me find the joy in working out where I welcome and crave it, not dread it each day.

Hi Bobby,

I just wanted to give you an update on my progress. I got the Coaching Foundation Workout program back in September, but got “busy” and didn’t really get started with it. Of course this lack of exercise and the November / December holidays did nothing for me but put some extra pounds on my already growing mid section…

Then on New Years Day I did a “Polar Bear swim” in the ocean in Charleston, South Carolina of which there were many pictures taken. So – lack of exercise + holiday over-eating + mid-winter bathing suit pictures = “Wow, I need to do something about this!” So on January 3rd I started the initial coaching program and got to it!

Since then I’ve stuck with it and I usually work out about 5 days a week for 30-45 minutes based on the routine and my time available. I typically do M-W-F foundation weight routine and then T-TH cardio routine on the elliptical or treadmill. In addition to the Results Only foundation workouts I’m also doing a better job of watching what I eat. So now it’s more vegetables, limiting my starch intake – basically cutting down the bread, pasta, and potatoes, and eating more chicken.

The Results? – In 8 weeks I’ve reduced my body fat % from 22% to 16.4%, lost 10.2 lbs, and cut 2 ¼ inches off my waist!!! All my muscle groups are significantly more defined and I can now wear pants that haven’t fit in 2 years! I’ve been getting lots of comments like, “You look good – are you working out?” so I know it’s very noticeable. I’m 35 and I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life thanks largely to just following the Results Only internet coaching!

At first I was scared to death and worried that I could not complete even one day in his class, but slowly after many sick days and sore muscles I made it through. Bobby was always there to encourage me when I felt like quitting and eating a whole gallon of ice cream, but then I would remember that class was in the morning and the ice-cream would follow me in those horrid up downs.

I have to say after almost a year I have become stronger, healthier, happier and I can now make it all the way through class! The best day however, was the day I fit into a size smaller jeans. I was so happy I yelled in the dressing room! My LUCKY jeans have become my lucky symbol to keep on trying. Bobby Kelly, is a very dedicated instructor and he really does get “Results Only!” Thank You Bobby it has been both a pleasure and a privilege to be one of “Bobby’s Girls.”

When people would ask me about him, I would say he has a big ego, a big mouth and a REALLY BIG HEART! He is truly one of the nicest people I know. He cares about people and their well-being. He didn’t just have a facility where people could come and get a really good work out, but he actually cared about the people in general.

If someone was having difficulty achieving their goal, he would try and find out why.

He would ask about what they were eating, what the stress in their lives were, etc. He wanted to know the WHOLE picture about the person. He wanted these people to attain their goals as much as they did. That is such a rare quality. Most people teach classes, do some one-on-one training, get their money and move on. He wanted the success stories! He was never too busy to talk to and was always willing to help you out.

Bobby started working with me in October 2005.

When I started with Bobby I was a 130 pound, 30% body fat, weak, size 8, type A happy person. Within four months, I was a 115 pound, 17% body fat, strong, size 2, type A exceedingly happy person.

He changed my life! He wishes he could change the type A in me – but that just won’t go away. What is different about Bobby’s program is that every day is different! We NEVER do the same thing, so you can’t wait to get to the gym to see what’s up today. Always surprising us with what’s next also makes the hour fly by!

It is truly the most incredible experience any woman could possibly treat herself to.

Bobby challenges and empowers every person to go above and beyond what they think their body and minds are capable of. After working with Bobby for several months, I blew out my ACL and tore both meniscuses in my knees while snow skiing. Bobby has miraculously helped me strengthen my entire body, and as a result, I have avoided any kind of surgery.

I am able to do almost anything I was able to do before the accident and in fact in some cases, I am able to do more. In addition, Bobby has coached me and our entire workout group on the merits of nutritional eating and routine exercise. The benefits are truly paying off in the form of reduced body fat, increased muscle tone and weight loss. You are incredibly inspirational and not remotely irritating, which is what I find many US instructors to be. I want to thank you for making those videos. I’m a woman in my 40′s and had a really hard time maintaining my weight until I started your videos. I began like Jim “in the back” and now I am up to 7mph on the sprints. It is hard to do anything else aerobically, because I just don’t get the same workout as I do with your tapes.
