Born in California TJ has resided in Arizona since he was seven years old. He was a 6-time Varsity letter man in high school who ended up being a Division 1 State Qualifying wrestler and a member of the Division 1 All-Academic baseball team his senior year.
He is now an ISSA certified fitness trainer who started his career teaching classes for the past two years at Grand Canyon University to their faculty and staff. TJ has also actively interned in the Strength and Conditioning field for the Arizona Rattlers and amateur Mixed Martial Arts fighters. He is also a physique competitor who competes in the natural bodybuilding category in various organizations.
As well as being a fitness instructor at GCU, he is also a student pursuing his Bachelor’s in Sports Management and minor in Athletic Coaching while planning on achieving Graduate degrees in Psychology. Through the National Federation of State High School Associations, TJ has become a recognized Accredited Interscholastic Coach at the high school level.
