Skye Mayhew
Skye Mayhew is originally from Longmont, Colorado, but grew up in Queen Creek, Arizona. From a young age, Skye’s parents encouraged an active lifestyle, though the significance of this advice only became clear as he began his personal fitness journey. At just 10 years old, his mother introduced him to the gym for the first time, sparking a realization that achieving athletic goals required consistent effort and dedication to physical fitness.
In high school, Skye became a highly successful wrestler and developed a lifelong commitment to the gym. During this time, he also began shadowing Physical Therapy clinics, which ignited his passion for understanding the human body and its movement. Over the past five years, Skye has worked in multiple Physical Therapy offices, gaining valuable experience in rehabilitation and biomechanics. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Fitness and Wellness, with the goal of earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
While Physical Therapy is Skye’s ultimate goal, he is passionate about his work as a personal trainer. Skye aims to bridge the gap between Physical Therapy rehabilitation and lifelong physical fitness. He believes too many people successfully complete Physical Therapy protocols but stop being active afterward. Skye is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life by highlighting the importance of physical fitness and its role in overall well-being.
