If you are on a 12-month auto-pay membership, you can suspend it due to doctor’s order, death, moving, or loss of job for up to 2 months. Freezes are done in 1-month blocks (a $30 fee) and cannot be divided into weeklong increments. You can also freeze it for nine months for pregnancy. Three-month and packages are not eligible for freezes without a doctor’s note.
