My name is Kaila! I am excited to join the Results Only team. I am from San Diego, California. I love all activities that give my mind and body a challenge. I like to spend my time rock climbing, surfing, and hiking. I graduated from Grand Canyon University and have my degree in Nutritional Sciences. I earned my Personal Trainer Certification through NASM. and I am soaking up all of the training and experience here at Results Only. Fitness and nutrition are major passions of mine and I am beyond excited to share that with you. The upbeat and family atmosphere here at Results Only is exactly what I am looking for and I hope to get to know, coach and laugh with each and every one of you during my experience here.
