PRIME SENIOR FITNESS
The Results Only Fitness PRIME class focuses on training an older demographic of clientele commonly referred to as our Senior Fitness Population.
Our certified personal trainers and strength and conditioning coaches specialize in training certain demographics of individuals based on their goals or per their physical limitation. Whether you have been working out your whole life, just decided to retire and are now interested in getting fit or if you have recently had a physical set back, we can help.
At Results Only Fitness, our population of 60+ men and women are in the PRIME of their life. We use a group training dynamic to inspire a social atmosphere, with a fitness focus. We know there are other programs, however Results Only Fitness is the original gym in Central Phoenix to push the population interested in Senior Fitness to do more than sit in a chair and workout or to use only dumb bells that weigh 3lbs to 5lbs.
Real life is interval training. Real life is functional fitness. Real life involves challenges that did not used to be so challenging for so many. Stairs, getting up and down off the floor, and walking long distances that used to be so simple might be more challenging.

This focus on improving all 10 areas of physical fitness is what separates us from other facilities as most gyms focus on only a few. Our application of researched and scientifically proven training philosophies assists our clients in achieving their goals as quickly, safely and appropriately as possible.
The Results Only Fitness team determines the type of exercise, duration of exercise, frequency of exercise, the tempo in which the exercise is performed and the duration of each bout of exercise for our clientele on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
